Entrepreneurship in Mental Health
Steve Gugliemi, LPCC-S
SWith over 20 years of experience in therapeutic services, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My background spans diverse settings, including non-profit organizations, private practices, and corporate environments. Throughout my career, I have held various roles such as Clinical Lead, Program Developer, Clinical Director, CEO, trainer, supervisor, and adjunct professor. I am particularly proud to now add practice owner to this list. Additionally, I serve as an Adjunct Professor in the Counseling and Education Program at the University of Dayton and as a certified trainer for Mental Health Youth First Aid through Mental Health America.
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and community professionals is at the heart of my practice. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive to be both present and attentive, recognizing the importance of asking challenging questions and providing clear, direct guidance when needed. I believe that within each person lies the capacity to find their own answers, and my role is to support you in uncovering those solutions.
Whether you're seeking help for a child grappling with anxiety or behavioral issues, a teenager navigating life's pressures, an adult facing depression, anxiety, or relationship challenges, or a couple struggling with communication and connection, I am here to offer support and guidance.
