Sajdah Uddin, LPCC
Sajdah is a licensed professional clinical counselor based in Columbus, OH. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton. Sajdah works with adolescents, couples, and individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing life’s challenges.
In her practice, Sajdah provides a peaceful, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions. She has extensive experience in private practice, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, multicultural and LGBTQ+ concerns, gender identity, self-esteem, women’s issues, and relationship struggles.
Sajdah uses an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic and person-centered techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is key to successful outcomes.
Sajdah offers both in-person and virtual counseling sessions.
